1. Return Period

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the situation.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, following the conditions of this policy.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color or model, please contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability and the condition of the returned item.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, not collected or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may deduct shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund.
