We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

However, if your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact us so we can help investigate the situation with the carrier when possible.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged package
  • Photos or videos of the damaged item

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, not collected or returned due to an incorrect address or customer absence, we may deduct shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

11. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
